Cancellation Policy

At The Whip Golf, we strive to provide the best experience possible for all our clients. In order to ensure the smooth operation of our golf lessons and respect for both our instructors' time and the schedules of other clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding late arrivals: Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled golf lesson. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. Late Arrival: If a client arrives late for their scheduled lesson, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. The instructor will not extend the lesson beyond the allotted time to accommodate for the late arrival. Cancellation Policy: If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the instructor. In such cases, the client may forfeit the lesson without refund or be charged the full lesson fee. Communication: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to delays. If you anticipate being late for your scheduled lesson, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the delay. We will do our best to accommodate, although we cannot guarantee the full duration of the lesson. Rescheduling: Clients who arrive late for their scheduled lesson and have it cancelled as a result may have the option to reschedule, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled lessons. Repeat Offenses: Clients who repeatedly arrive late for their scheduled lessons may be subject to further action, including but not limited to suspension of booking privileges.
